Easy Charcuterie Board

 Here's a super-easy Charcuterie Board idea for anytime you need a little something tasty to go with your Happy Hour.

This one has easy goat cheese stuffed dates, wrapped in prosciutto, chunks of cheddar, merlot and brie cheeses, fresh grapes, salami, olives, gherkins, sweetie drops miniature peppers (love those) and meatballs with teriyaki sauce - all served on a big wooden cutting board.  Yum!


To make the dates, just slice open the dates, stuff with goat cheese, and wrap in prosciutto.  Bake in a 375-degree oven for 10 minutes and enjoy!
